Bio
“Blair is the Willy Wonka of advertising.”
“A stone cold killer.”
“Six out of five stars.”
In 2011 while still in high school, Blair became a partner of Magnum Veritas Productions, the family company involved in media production. During his time there, MVP produced a feature length documentary on eugenics, interviewing subject matter experts across the country. Industrial work with MVP included clients such as GEO Academies and Truth At Work. After Blair exited the business, MVP was turned over to his brother, Caleb, who currently runs it as a video production house.
Blair graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2014, the year after he graduated high school. This over-achievement would be a sign of things to come. With his degree in history came an appreciation for scope and perspective that would pervade his later work.
After graduation, Blair took time to explore various creative pursuits including writing and self-publishing a book, interning at Western Conservatory of the Arts and Sciences, and working as a 2D animator for First Trust Portfolios. He also studied for four years under caricature artist, Nik Nix, and worked retail at Burberry to gain a deeper appreciation for the practical side of retail marketing.
In 2017, Blair became a team member with Sextons Creek Productions. At the time, Sextons Creek was a startup media agency, affording Blair a chance to use his skills in a wide range of applications including graphic design, print layout design, website builds, email and social media campaigns, video, and photography.
In 2019, Blair was hired as Creative Director at Reformer House, another marketing and media company. In this role, he handled project management and marketing strategy as well as creative ideation and implementation. Reformer House also functioned as a co-working space, affording Blair the opportunity to collaborate as a team player.
For the past six years, Blair has worked in family business, small business, startup, and collaborative contexts. He has worked as a hands-on creative and a high-level strategist. He is a deadly combination of passion, creativity, skill, and attention to detail.
In 2022, Blair started Blue Moon Cheese Company, a fictional ad agency devoted to ushering in a new era of marketing: an era where advertising is scarce, emotionally engaging, and beautiful – almost indistinguishable from art.
